Swedish-This technique uses six movements "strokes" to promote increased circulation. By increasing the circulatory system 3 to 5 times faster, it helps the body get rid of toxins and deoxygenated blood. In addition, it brings oxygen and nutrients to the cells to promote faster healing. Swedish massage also helps to relieve stress and reduce muscle soreness.

Hot Stones Therapy-Hot Stones are worked over the muscles to release the connective tissue which is 2000 pounds per square inch of tensile strength. Muscles become tight because they are pulled out of alignment by overly tight connected tissue. Nothing releases the connected tissue better than heat. Hot stones also feel wonderful when applied in this manner.

Sports-Injury Rehab-This massage helps the athlete to recover from injuries suffered while competing. Most common injuries such as ankles, knees, shoulders, and elbows, can be rehabilitated more quickly with sports massage. It can fast-track the healing process so that they can compete again. Maintenance sports massage also keeps the athlete performing at peak levels year round.

This massage can relax the tight muscles around the joint and provide pain relief. Post natal massage helps the body to recover from the stressors of pregnancy.

Myofascial Release- Using the John Barnes method of myofascia release helps to alter the molecular structure of the connective tissue. By making the connective tissue release, the muscles go back to their normal positions. This modality realigns the muscles, reduces pain and improves your posture.

Craniosacrial Unwinding- This method of bodywork is a profound energy modality. Whereas massage releases the muscles and connective tissue from the outside of the body inward, cranial sacral unwinding releases the connective tissue from the inside of the body outward. It is extremely therapeutic and puts the client in a very relaxed, stress-free state.
